Vanilla was CBI’s first major product and remains one of our signature items today. Indonesian Vanilla is grown throughout the country’s various islands and is characterized by having an initial sweet surface taste followed by deeper earthy tones.

Indonesian vanilla is frequently blended with Madagascar bourbon vanillla to create that signature flavor we all know and love. CBI’s products often produce some of the highest quality vanilla available in the market.
